1. Payment & Order Processing

1.1 All orders must be fully paid for at checkout before they are processed and shipped.
1.2 Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
1.3 You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.


2. Shipping & Delivery

2.1 We ship nationwide within South Africa using trusted courier partners.
2.2 Delivery timeframes vary by location and will be shown at checkout or communicated after dispatch.
2.3 Shipping fees are non-refundable under all circumstances, including change-of-mind returns.
2.4 Risk of loss and ownership of the goods passes to the customer once the courier has marked the parcel as delivered to the provided address.
2.5 Please ensure your delivery details are correct. We cannot be held liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.


3. Order Accuracy & Condition on Arrival

3.1 We ensure that all items are inspected before dispatch and are shipped in proper protective packaging.
3.2 Upon receiving your parcel, please inspect it immediately.
3.3 If the item delivered is incorrect, damaged, or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photos of:

  • The item

  • The packaging

  • Any visible damage

3.4 Once validated, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.


4. Change-of-Mind Returns

4.1 If you received the correct item, in good condition, and simply wish to return it due to a change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect choice, you may do so within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

  • All accessories, manuals, and components are included

  • The item is suitable for resale

4.2 Return courier costs are the responsibility of the customer.
4.3 Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping fee (as shipping is non-refundable).


5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, or practical reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. These categories (if applicable) will be clearly listed on the product page.


6. Failed Deliveries & Return-to-Sender Parcels

6.1 If a parcel is returned to us due to:

  • incorrect address,

  • failure to collect, or

  • repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts,

the buyer will be responsible for the re-delivery fee.

6.2 If the customer chooses to cancel the order after a failed delivery, the refund will exclude:

  • the original shipping fee

  • the return-to-sender cost charged by the courier


7. Customer Responsibility

By placing an order, the customer agrees to:

  • provide accurate shipping information

  • accept responsibility for courier fees related to voluntary returns or failed deliveries

  • inspect the goods promptly upon arrival
