1. Guarantee Period (14 Days)
1.1 All items purchased from Marietta Fashion and Home Collection carry a 14-day guarantee in accordance with our Terms & Conditions and the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), subject to the conditions below.
1.2 This guarantee covers manufacturing defects only.

2. Change-of-Mind Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for personal reasons (e.g., color preference, size issues, or change of mind), you may return the item under the following strict conditions:
2.1 The return must be initiated and authorized within 14 days of delivery.
2.2 The item must be in new, unused, and resellable condition, with all:

2.3 Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
2.4 Return courier fees are the full responsibility of the customer.
2.5 Any item returned in used, altered, soiled, or damaged condition will be rejected.
3. Incorrect, Defective, or Damaged Items
3.1 If you receive an incorrect item, or a product that is damaged or defective on arrival, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

3.2 Once validated, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
3.3 Failure to report issues within 48 hours will be deemed acceptance of the product in good condition.
4. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:

5. Return Authorization (RMA Process)
To initiate a return, you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

5.3 No return will be accepted without an issued RMA number.
5.4 After receiving your RMA, securely package the item in its original packaging and include:

6. Exchanges
6.1 The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original product following the process above, and then place a new order for the replacement item.
6.2 Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
7. Refunds
7.1 Refunds are issued only after returned items are received, inspected, and approved.
7.2 If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
7.3 Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the credit.
